Here is an inquiry about open payments, since Intercasino has also blocked German players. Pretty stunned how partners suddenly stick to the rules, you can actually only laugh!
The fact is, there is a transfer of 99 euros here, which is not reimbursed because the minimum is 100 euros. So somewhere it stops and so you steal income from affiliates again.

I'm assuming these-99 were generated before the end of September. Applying this 100 minimum rule now because of a missing euro in the knowledge that they have closed the German market and thus blocked further income themselves is really ridiculous.
The following statement from a newsletter from August 2021 is interesting:

On Wednesday 25th August, players residing in Germany will be banned from making deposits at any of our sites and these players will be asked to withdraw any outstanding balances from their accounts by 13th September. On Monday September 6th all betting and gaming activities will be suspended.
What does that mean for you?
Any commissions you have already earned by the end of September will be calculated by the end of September and your commissions will be paid to you in full by October 20th.
If amounts have been generated after September, then they cannot come from Germany. If these may have arisen from transfers and from Germany before September, then, according to their own statement, they should have been paid out because this explicitly affects the German market.
In any case, I would confront them with their own statements and insist on them. Even if the partnership ends, you would have to pay out the outstanding amount. Just apply a little pressure.
The other option, of course, is to try to attract customers from other markets to surpass the minimum. However, this will be very difficult and whether it is worth the effort is also questionable given the possibilities.
