Why should it be scammers, there must be a reason why you are refused payment. Without knowing details it's hard to help you, just saying it's a scam is hard without more info.
@Achmed - It's hard to write about it without background information. We don't want to speculate what the reason could be. Therefore, it would certainly be helpful what the casino gives as the reason. Simply writing Casino X,Y cheats is also not fair.
