Hi all.

Deposited €100 with no bonus at Ares Casino because I wanted to check out their offer.
But after several attempts it was impossible to play there because their servers seem to have problems.
Now I have uploaded my ID and an invoice with address, supposedly also successfully, whereby nothing has changed, I can re-upload the documents all the time, nothing changes.
Receive neither a confirmation nor information by e-mail or from the chat (support). There is only broken German, I am not understood and then it just ends. The casino is probably not supposed to be really serious.
Maybe someone there has a contact and can get my money back for me, I really don't know what to do next.

I would be very grateful for your help.

Uploaded my documents several times, wrote several e-mails, tried to communicate with the chat support, don't even speak German properly, I think it's a translator. Meanwhile, the chat support button is no longer displayed to me.
All useless. :( At least I want to get my 80€ back that are hanging in the account.....

The identification of a branch is contained in the Swift code (BIC).

The BIC contains the bank code XXX, the country code XX, the location code XX and the branch code XXX

Yesterday I was able to pay out what I wanted there, now that I have the explanation from you it is suddenly only from 90€.
I just want my 80€ out of it, do they want to fuck me so hard??? :(

I can't find anything about bank transfers on the website, but all other payments are at least 20€ why it says 90,- I don't know yet, but I'm trying to find out.

I was actually able to book out the 80 and it tells me in progress. I'm curious which error comes next, or if it really ends up on my account. I'll let you know as soon as something happens!

Yes, it actually worked. Money has arrived. Unfortunately, I was only able to report now, Unitymedia has once again cut everything for almost 2 weeks....Iwas broken on the street....

Ares Casino, a lot of people are drawn to it after the end of Novoline. It's a pity, obviously this doesn't seem to be a good decision....!

Ares is a good choice, but I just mentioned it in another thread... apparently there are new people working in support who are probably poorly trained. I know that's not an argument and a no-go for me, but I've already passed the whole thing on to the right department.

Have you uploaded your documents when you go to payout? In this case you should definitely contact the chat and make it very clear what you want. Because, as I've pointed out quite often, the new support seems to be under all guns there.
