forgot password on neteller

can someone tell me how to get your password back on neteller if you entered it incorrectly 3 times? when i click on forgot password they ask for name and email address. then I enter this and get the message that the data is not correct. the phone support is unfortunately only available in english and i was only able to reach it with the help of slotti. Unfortunately I can't speak English. Does somebody has any idea?

Otherwise the only thing that helps is to write a (German) email.
