Greetings, dear community. Please advise an inexperienced player on a problem. Which is the best payment system? Perhaps there is a payment system that is used in many casinos. I had an unfortunate incident two years ago where a bank account got blocked due to a deposit at the casino. I would be grateful for any help.

Ultimately, everything will somehow go through a bank account, whether it's with credit card payments, direct bank transfers or through other providers, just so you know.
I would avoid direct bank transfers and choose other providers or e-wallets. There are, for example, Klarna (Sofort), MyFinity, eZeewallet, Skrill, Neteller or crypto providers.

But credit cards can also be an option. But you also have to be aware that deposits via other providers can also cost fees. At Skrill, for example, deposits via Sofort are free.

It depends if you want to play in Malta licensed, Curacao licensed or Germany licensed casinos. Some Malta licensed casinos offer Neteller, Skrill and Sofort among other options. At Curacao licensed casinos it is a bit more difficult. You should choose providers like MiFinity, eZeewallet through which you can deposit and transfer funds using different methods, which is very easy. But you can also partially use immediately or just crypto providers. It always depends on the casino and their license.

In principle, casinos licensed in Germany have the best and most popular methods available, such as PayPal, Trustly, Klarna (Sofort), Visa and Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, paysafecard or giropay.

The question of which is the best payment system is not so easy to answer. Everyone has their preferences. I personally use Sofort, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity and eZeewallet. They provide a certain amount of choice if a service is not available at a particular casino.

Thank you for your advice. I'm used to paying with a bank card, but thanks to your advice I'll be more careful now.

If you can elaborate on Skrill, Neteller is pretty new to me. On the net some are advising Skrill and others Neteller and I am confused by the amount of information. By the way, I am very interested in how safe these payment systems are.

Although Skrill and Neteller are separate in principle, they both belong to the Paysafe group. Skrill is currently more represented in casinos than Neteller. With Neteller, deposits via Sofort are subject to fees, but not with Skrill. Transactions are processed within seconds. As far as security is concerned, there is no need to worry, it is all SSL encrypted and secured several times. With Skrill and Neteller you also have the option of applying for a prepaid Mastercard ($10/year) where you can pay almost anywhere (if you have credit on it).

In all honesty I have to admit that Neteller used to be much better and I would have always recommended it first. It works just as fast as Skrill, but a lot has changed at Neteller since the regulations. Therefore, Skrill would be a better choice. I've been using all of these options for many years, so it's just my personal opinion.

So there are definitely ways to transfer funds with different options. Of course, if you use one of these services like Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity or eZeewallet, you have to verify yourself, that's a requirement. This is always a little tiresome but necessary. For a rather inexperienced user this is of course confusing at first but it is quite easy once you have gained experience.

Sofort (Klarna) is a very good and easy option, because you pay via your online banking, talk to your bank account. You can also deposit with Skrill, Neteller or other providers using this method and then use this option if Sofort is not directly available in a casino. A pure bank transfer to an e-wallet can take 1-2 days, so it is better to choose the Instant option. Because that can be done within a few minutes but you need online banking for it.

Thanks, it's good to hear advice from a knowledgeable person. Is this Neteller's official website? https://www.neteller.com/de (https://spiele.name/go/neteller) I've been in situations with a clone website several times, that's why I'm asking. As far as I know, you can buy a plastic card from Neteller just like you would from a regular bank. And this card can be used not only in casinos. I'm right?

Yes, I already wrote above that you can apply for a prepaid Mastercard.

Thank you, thanks to you I pre-ordered a Neteller card while waiting to get acquainted with the features of the payment system. I'll probably sign up for Skrill in the future, but it's all in good time.

I found information on the internet. I understand this is a selection of casinos with withdrawals on Neteller.

I also saw the information about this casino in this forum but I am a bit confused about it.

Suggest a thread that will allow you to follow casino updates.

It's similar for me, I mostly use Paypal and have no problems of this kind or anything else. That's the good thing, there are so many different payment options.

I also use the common e-wallets such as Skrill, Neteller, Muchbetter & co, but of the €50000 deposited, at least 49000% or an estimated 99% are deposited with Paysafecard. The only advantage I have with Skrill or e-wallets is that withdrawals can be made faster. Otherwise, for my part, it only has disadvantages. I like the fact that Skrill transactions are fast, but that doesn't help me if it's even slower to receive my money. So when it comes to payouts (without CC and without Sofort), e-wallets like Skrill are pretty much the worst payment method that exists. Before I pay out on Skrill and then wait 2-3 days and pay a 6€ fee for bank transfer, I prefer to make the withdrawal directly to my bank account without a fee and after waiting 2 days.

In my opinion, Skrill and Neteller are on the decline. In casinos, the two e-wallet providers can be used less and less. This is even the case in Germany-licensed casinos.

Regarding the use itself, I can say that I rarely use Neteller (it used to be the No. 1). On the other hand, I use Skrill more often (it was the other way around before). We don't need to talk about the transactions, it all happens in a matter of seconds. I always have payments to my bank account within a few minutes. Yes, it also costs fees, but I have it immediately. Nowadays, that shouldn't take more than 2 days. Unless it's from the other side of the world.

Example: A bank transfer from a casino in Australia takes 5 days and costs fees. But it also always depends on when the casino sends out the payment.

How long you can still use Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz, etc. in connection with online casinos remains to be seen. I just know it's getting harder and harder.

So if I (as a player residing in Switzerland or a Swiss bank account) could have my Skrill balance paid out to my bank account, i.e. via bank transfer, so that it was still in my bank account the same day, then I would I would also be happy to pay triple the fees for it and only use Skrill. Unfortunately, this is only wishful thinking and will hardly be possible in the future.

The current situation is that it usually takes at least 2-3 working days until you can access the money. So I transferred from my Skrill account to my bank account exactly once, I think it was applied for on Monday and it was done on Thursday. So just under half of the amount, the rest is a fee (with a €20 payout and a €5,90 bank withdrawal fee + exchange rate fee, I still have half left). But if I could pay out in a casino via bank transfer and the money would be in the bank account in a few hours, I would sometimes be happy to pay up to €50 in extortionate fees (in the... rare cases of exceptionally good winnings). So you wish you could go back to the old days with Trustly & co. It's a shame, but it can't be changed in Switzerland.
