mybet has switched and today I saw that they no longer offer casino games, only sports betting. Is that correct? does anyone know why and if it stays like this?

Since the migration to the new platform, there have been technical problems from day one. But it was much worse that deposits and withdrawals did not work.

All of the stored payment data was not transferred for many customers, but mybet could already see that in the history. Several phone calls brought no result. Payouts had to be carried out manually because only bank transfer was displayed. You had to be involved and send screenshots, so to speak re-verify. Deposits were not possible for a long time, so that the payment method is also displayed as a payout method, despite sent screenshots and tickets were ultimately not answered.

There were statements that almost made you despair, but there were also very nice phone calls to the support afterwards. They can't help it, but of course they have to listen to everything the customers say. You really had the feeling how stupid they are at mybet, that they are not able to solve the technical problems. At some point, after several attempts in the meantime, a minimum deposit and thus a payout using this method worked.

It was also the case with me that there was no casino button in between and then it was there again. Carrying out this migration without the possibility of switching back to the old system or at least letting it run in parallel for a while until you are 100% sure that no problems will arise is completely incomprehensible to me.

Mybet is currently having very long loading times and I cannot answer whether everything is working again for all users. But what I can say is that you still get payouts super fast, nothing has changed there.

It remains to be hoped that the technical problems could gradually be resolved.
