Mastercards all out of order today?

Have any of you tried to buy, pay or withdraw money with the Mastercard today? Neither Neteller, Skrill, Eco...no matter which one I use, the only thing I get is the message not possible, whether at the machine or in the shop. I haven't had that either, apparently totally dead at the moment!

Ok I just spoke to neteller who knows about the problems and is working on it.
