I'm an enthusiastic Formula 1 fan, even if Ecelstone and Co have made a laughing stock out of F1 for years, I'm still loyal. Today is qualifying at 20.00 p.m. in Canada, are you watching that too?
I've watched this on and off, but to be honest it just doesn't grab me. I don't look at it, just switch it on and off for a moment.

We drove to our first races when we were 15, at Hockenheim back then. Everyone camped, prepared for it for months and sometimes sacrificed the whole year's vacation for it. But somehow I've been stuck ever since.

Here we go, I'll be gone for an hour.... Hamilton pole position
already around right?
Did it then turn out as desired?

10.06.18, 00: 23
Vettel took pole. I'm not exactly a Vettel fan, as he proves again and again what a whiner he is on the race track and is always crying over the pit radio. Unfortunately, it is only as good as the best car. Other drivers fight a lot better with blunt weapons, see Michael Schumacher who made a world champion car out of the Ferrari crutch.
Okay, you can see I don't know myself, I thought Ferrari was always one of the top teams in Formula 1.. :haeh_new:
The hag, hm well, I don't know, is the big sympathizer now, I don't think so.
I watch a race every now and then, I like everything that's fast. Since Schumacher left, there hasn't been a clever German driver anymore. I don't really like Vettel either.

The era of Senna or Schumacher was still the real Formula 1, then the drivers still had to prove their skills, today these are only automated processes.

So today is Qualiy in Austria again, very great race track. There are still a few Germans in the running here, but nobody wants to see them. ;)

30.06.18, 15: 41
If you put Hlkenberg in a good team, we would have a really good German driver at the start. I don't know why he doesn't go to a top team.
I don't know much about it, but who knows what's being whispered about behind the closed doors and maybe he doesn't have a very good reputation internally, for whatever reason.. but just a guess from me.

A German team is in front as so often, even if I don't like Mercedes privately, they are probably the best car in F1 for years.

So today begins the third weekend in a row with the Grand Prix of England. Always a highlight, as almost all teams are based there. Let's see if Mercedes have their engines under control again.
Formula 1 is coming now, isn't it? Soccer is coming soon... :eusa_whistle:
No, but with Formula 1 you're probably relatively lonely here or is there someone else who watches it regularly?
playtime spielo
08.07.18, 13: 58
Then I'll watch Formula One and see if it works in England today.
And how did it turn out? Didn't get that at all, or who are you for anyway?
playtime spielo
09.07.18, 09: 23
Vettel was lucky and won, but only because Rikkönen cleared Hamilton at the start. He then fought his way up from 17th to XNUMXnd place, which shows the really good drivers.
And Vettel becomes world champion?
playtime spielo
09.07.18, 11: 12
The session is still long, Vettel is still ahead but will not make it to the end. Nevertheless, for the first time in years Mercedes no longer dominates.
I still watched Formula 1 regularly when Vettel was still driving the Red Bull, that was a while back. Where has he already become world champion in a Ferrari?
playtime spielo
09.07.18, 17: 05
Ferrari has been underperforming over the years and Vettel is not someone who can bring the team a working car, Schumi was different. This year, for the first time, it is in a competitive state thanks to the designers.
Well, that interests me a bit, I actually thought it was really cool in the Red Bull days, somehow I got away from it.
Because you tell Schumi how it works is and will probably remain a mystery. In itself it's all right, but it doesn't seem to be good because there's nothing new to hear.
playtime spielo
09.07.18, 17: 59
If Schumi is still alive, he is certainly in need of care like others. It's good that his family has been sealing him off from the outside world for years. I don't even want to know what the media would do with him. It doesn't matter if he's still alive or no longer with us, the meat grinders would always find something and never give up.
You're definitely right. I also think who knows if he is still alive at all, nobody would notice. I'm rather surprised that the media remain so calm and that no one digs deeper.
playtime spielo
09.07.18, 18: 21
The media already has millions of claims for damages on their backs because they didn't give up. At some point, the penalty will probably no longer be worth it in relation to the profit of such an article.
Luckily that's the way it is, I hadn't even thought about it until just now.
playtime spielo
09.07.18, 18: 29
I've been to many races around the world when he was still racing, that's the fondest memory of him. One should simply let people rest when they are no longer in public, whether healthy or sick, everyone has the right to their private life.
I don't want to add anything more to that, I couldn't have said it better.

Next race is the German Grand Prix in Hockenheim this year. On 22.07/XNUMX it starts and I would love to be on this racetrack again. Unfortunately, the best campsites along the route were relocated some time ago, they used to be directly at the Motodrom and were thrown out early in the morning with horsepower from the last party in the evening.
For those who don't know this, a small picture of how close you are to the route. This is the Motodrom and right behind the stage the fans were at the campsite
That looks cool, has something. I was never there live. Once I almost went to the DTM race but it didn't work out either.

At the weekend it's that time again, the German race in Hockenheim is always something special, even if the number of spectators has declined in recent years. At €500 for a weekend ticket, I can understand why many people prefer to make themselves comfortable at home in the garden, fire up the grill and watch the race there.
That's quite a steep price, I didn't even know that it was so expensive. You have to be a fan to do that, it wouldn't be worth it to me. On the other hand, the tickets for the World Cup final cost a lot and that lasts a good 2 hours at most... ;)

Real F1 fans are happy to spend the money and usually come with the whole family. Camping, barbecuing, having fun and watching the races, they are happy to pay for the annual holiday for that.
Hm okay you have to be a total fan for that, yes then I can imagine it. Certainly not suitable for occasional Formula 1 viewers like me.

19.07.18, 15: 42
We'll have a good time on the terrace with a sea view, beer and grill. That has a certain feeling and is much cheaper than watching it on the spot.
That's right, when you look like that with all that stuff around it's cool, I'd like that too.

Formula 1 is in Mexico this weekend, Hamilton will probably be world champion for the fifth time in this race. Then two more races and another session is over. It's crazy where the year has gone again.
He is World Champion so much should be mentioned, even if it was almost clear.

Now it will be interesting to see if Mercedes can still do it as a team, Ferrari would still have a chance.
Honestly, neither!
If ever, then with friends and only when an important game is imminent.
For one thing, I'm not that big of a fan, and for another, I don't have the time. When I get around to it, I pursue my hobby etc.
I'm about to start my own business ;) I've got my head full of various obligations that I have to meet.
Today I still have to have business cards printed at druckdiscount24.de!
Only when everything is ready, then maybe I can throw myself on the couch and watch TV ;)

I wish you a lot of joy in your new task and above all a lot of success!
No, I'm not interested in either. It's boring, I'd rather gamble there.

At the moment I have to admit that Formula 1 has become boring, things are only getting worse. Sometimes Formula E is really more interesting, what the electric cars are already doing there.
Has that actually already happened for this year or is there something else to come?

I still watch it, but mostly I fall asleep after the start because the rest has gotten pretty boring.
I wasn't sure if it was still going on or if it was already over for this year.. but as far as I know in the meantime, there is no world champion this year. Will that be the Vettel this year?

14.07.19, 09: 28
The World Cup runs until the end of November, but it is already clear that Hamilton or Bottas will win. For me, Vettel should just shut up and show performance again. His new teammate is already making him a laughingstock at every race, let's see how long he's still number 1 at Ferrari!
Hmm, I could go there with one of my babies. In terms of power, I can easily keep up. They'll definitely be queuing up for licenses etc. but who needs that stuff. .
Yes, of course, I would want to see that, although apart from a total failure there would probably not be much.
Total failure.. yes, of course, I would certainly be in the front field.
Oh jokes... let's get down to reality, Vettel turned it up quite a bit today... you have to give him credit for it.

28.07.19, 22: 03
I liked the race, it was definitely one of the best of the whole session, it's just a pity that Vettel still had marksman help at the end, if it had been someone else who wouldn't have removed Bottas' car so quickly!
Oh okay I didn't see it just read it afterwards. Couldn't even look in because of a visitor today.
Formula 1 isn't really my thing, but I watch football every now and then, especially when Dortmund is playing.. :D
Dortmund.. do they still have a club?
Your Ernst Ulken? I'm not a fan either, but you know that.
How should I know, don't look at that snot from there...
What went over your head today, a normal answer would also be something.
Today is time training in Budapest and since I'm at home I'll have a look. Most of the time I don't have the time, I'm often on business trips abroad over the weekend.
It's about time that I ride with you, you can't look at that crap anymore.
Oh the jokes again.. I would like to see that.
You'll see it on TV anyway when it's that far. I'm on the case right now.
Alright Ulken, we'll see what happens.
Too bad, I was so happy to see a race again and then it was so boring that I fell asleep. Yes, Ulken, show what you've got, you paid a few million for such a racing team out of petty cash. :happy0055:
Maybe that's what he dreams of at night... :biggrin-new:

Now it's summer break, in the meantime you can buy a kart and drive on a real track, I think that'll be too much! :yyy:
I have a whole fleet here, some of which can keep up, I don't see a problem with that and many in Formula 1, let's be honest, can't drive anyway.
Well, but if you're not better than a racer, I dare to doubt it.
I'm a racing driver, just not officially, I don't know of anyone who has been able to catch up with me.
You are the racing driver in the soap box :happy0055:
You really have no idea, you probably drive a Ford Fiesta with 50 hp or something..
Something like that is possible.. :eusa_dance:
Well men here among themselves there everyone is always the best hm... :D
I'm the best here for sure, I don't know who should get in my way.
Is there still any racing going on at the moment or is it already over or is there a break?
Phew good question I honestly have no idea right now.
Like break, that continues on September 01st, but I don't know what you have...
wow ok alright thanks for the info!

Yep, it's currently summer break and I have to enjoy football now. This is even more boring than boring!
I don't know currently I can't see any of that stuff.. somehow everything bores me...
I'm already looking forward to the cars, although it would be even more exciting if I were there.
Of course it's clear anyway, no, at the moment I'm not at all enthusiastic about watching sports. Sky keeps sending me advertising for the sports channels and Bundesliga, I wouldn't think of subscribing to that.
Oh dear, there was a bad accident in Formula 2 at the weekend in which a driver died.. really tragic.
Yes, that's very tragic, you never really expect something like that to happen during a race, but every racing driver has to be aware of the possible dangers.
That was a crash madness, I'm not surprised how it ended.

That's the risk in racing, but it's incredible how the crash happened and the guy was just 22 years old.

So how does it look, who will win now, Germany or Holland?
Meanwhile it is clear such Kasper.
Somehow I can't see this German team anymore, somehow everything is missing for me.
Yes, I even understand you there, if the qualifications don't make it after the last World Cup bankruptcy, my goodness..
They won the loos, well, it doesn't matter because of me they can stay at home.
Yes they have, I haven't looked, but it was probably a little better.
So I didn't find all the games very useful, despite the win, I don't see much of a chance.
I hardly look in anymore, somehow I'm out of breath.. maybe we need a different trainer face..

Well, you can always get involved in Formula One, rarely seen anything as stupid as in the last qualifying session and not even a punishment...would have been fatal if 99% of the drivers hadn't allowed to participate., I laugh my ass off what kind of kindergarten that is.
I'm like this, I can't do anything with any sporting event at the moment, it doesn't have any appeal at the moment.

The Vettel got kicked out today, didn't he?
After Ferrari fooled him again, he got tired and parked his car. Officially, it was a technical problem!
Did he really do that? :)
Supposedly stopped, I didn't understand it exactly.
Didn't watch the Germany game against Argentina directly, but they led 2 to 0 and then played 2 to 2.. well
I have no idea, they are all unsympathetic fellows...
Well, the Germans will probably qualify for the European Championships next year, but how long they will be in the tournament is another matter :p
That's right, as already mentioned, I don't see them very far ahead.
The topic is more like de.. :D
Well, depending on how you see it.. :happy0055:
It's not ne -de, but I think a lot of people feel the same way I do, that many familiar faces have disappeared from the German national team because they quit. There are some names playing that I have never heard of or that are hardly known. For many, that's a reason not to follow it, or it's no longer that interesting for people who don't really have anything to do with football. At least that's how I see it.
That's exactly how I see it Gambler, I think you're right. Many want to celebrate this as an event with their "heroes" but if you don't know anyone anymore, it's more like de.
Maybe once in a while... with brother, he's a big fan ;)
I'm more of a football fan after all! Then you can see almost every game, if time permits!
And, not only that... I'd be happy to bet! Don't know either, I think that's just part of football!
Got a knack for that too. Works really great. Earn nice money by betting!
As far as betting goes, Energybet is my favorite for a number of reasons and one of them is the Energy bet Bonus! Definitely recommend trying your luck!!!
I only watch Formula 1, I haven't liked football since I was a child

I find these ghost games frightening, with the F1 it was less noticeable. It's blatant when you look at the sport, where it's ultimately all about money from the spectators!
